About Us
We aren’t your average balloon business, we bring the POP! to your party with our unending creative abilities and top-of-the-line customer service Our passion, expertise, & creativity is what our customers see in our work. Balloons bring SO MUCH JOY to any event and we are here to add that POP!
From classic balloon décor, organic garlands, and bouquets to ultra-creative distortion sculptures, we can craft anything to add a WOW factor to your events. Have a decorating challenge or dream idea? We gladly accept! Need suggestions? We are happy to create something beautiful for you! Our goal is to make planning easy and be your reliable party & events partner for years to come.
This past year, we extended our event offerings by opening our sister business, Glamp the Bluegrass. We bring our canvas bell tent to the location of your choice (backyard, venue, or campsite) and set up slumber parties, showers, couples nights, party lounges, corporate events, etc. It comes with all you need to make your event POP!

Who is Meredith Stacy?
I’m Meredith Stacy, a Louisville native, who attended the University of Kentucky and lived in the Lexington area for 15+ years. My family and I moved back to Louisville in 2021 and I have been thrilled to bring my balloon business with me to the Louisville community. I have been so grateful to all who have been supported by dream grow POP! Balloon Boutique & Events in Louisville, which includes our glamping tent offerings at Glamp the Bluegrass.
I was in a sales career for 12+years and have been in customer service since I was 18 years old, which provided me with the experience to start and grow my own business. Always a creative, who needed an outlet, I finally started POP! in 2020 when a work furlough gave me time to pursue my dreams of starting my own business and bringing that POP! of JOY to customers with our amazing balloons.

Who is Meredith Stacy?
I’m Meredith Stacy, a Louisville native, who attended the University of Kentucky and lived in the Lexington area for 15+ years. My family and I moved back to Louisville in 2021 and I have been thrilled to bring my balloon business with me to the Louisville community. I have been so grateful to all who have been supported by dream grow POP! Balloon Boutique & Events in Louisville, which includes our glamping tent offerings at Glamp the Bluegrass.

People often ask, why did I choose to start “doing balloons”? I am one of those who wants to do all the arts & crafts! Funny enough, I was a cake decorator on the side prior to having children and then was unable to continue after I discovered I could no longer eat or work with gluten. 3 babies later and I had put my creative dreams on hold. My work furlough during the pandemic gave me the time to get the creative juices flowing again.
I remember watching The Home Show with Gary Collins as a kid and there was an episode where a balloon artist was making arches and other decor. It clearly made an impression in my mind and ever since then, I’ve been enchanted by big balloon displays. I started watching artists on Instagram years ago, started learning online in 2020, and officially launched POP! a year later.
In June 2022, I had the honor of attending a charity event called Balloon Wonderland in Orlando, Florida which benefitted Give Kids the World, a wish organization. It was truly life-changing to donate all my time and energy to raise money for such a fantastic organization. It reaffirmed my life path is sharing my creativity and artistry via balloons.

Grab & Go
Our grab & go option is a great way to save and comes with everything you need to install your balloons! We offer pickup on garlands under 10’ and provide you with the tools and easy instructions necessary to hang them yourself. Our bouquets and centerpieces are available for pickup as well (depending on the size of your vehicle and the size of the design).

FAQ BALLOONS
The sky is the limit with what we can do with balloons and we are happy to make suggestions to suit any budget. Fill out our pricing inquiry and we are happy to send you a pricing guide.
We do! We also have pickup options with our bouquets and grab-n-go garlands. We charge a delivery/mileage fee if outside 15 miles of 40223.
We do! For many of our installations, we will pick up any poles and backdrops within 3 days of your event. If you need us to strike balloons and return them the same day for pickup, we will gladly do that for a fee. Just let us know when you fill out your booking form.
With the global helium shortage, many of the local balloon companies are unable to offer helium at this time. We do Jumbo balloons with helium at this time and anticipate being able to resume helium offerings in early 2023. For helium clusters we are happy to source those for your event from another supplier should you need them added to your party package.
We mainly install air-filled balloons which help with the lasting factor. Indoor installations can last months! Climate is always a factor and your design will do best in a constant temperature, out of the sun. Outdoor balloons do better with lighter colors and in a shaded area, but we can plan anything you have in mind. We put in extra work (like stretching and under-sizing balloons) for outdoor installations to ensure your events look amazing from start to finish. Outdoor installs last 12-18 hours max.
Absolutely! I always use inspirational photos when planning designs and it’s very helpful, especially when it comes to color selection. Because your version of bubblegum pink may not be what I see when I think of bubblegum pink. I always send color samples of the balloons you will be getting but am happy to match your inspo photos. Send us your theme/color ideas/invitations and we can plan and make suggestions based on the look you are going for.
In order to guarantee our work, we use high-quality balloons from various manufacturers that we source through reputable wholesalers. Therefore, we are not able to use balloons purchased by our clients. We use the best so we can guarantee the look and quality of your design. Like any artist or chef, the best ingredients matter in the final result!
Depending on the size of the job we need anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours or more. Our average setup with garland and backdrop is in 1.5 hours and we like to have enough time where early guests are not walking in while we are finishing. A lot of the time, 2 hours will suffice but is all dependent on the size of the job.

Glamp the Bluegrass
Glamp the Bluegrass provides beautiful canvas bell tents, along with all you need to have a wonderful glamping party in your own backyard, rented campsite, or venue. Our basic setups are Slumber party for 4, Couples Night, and Party lounge, and our tents come with everything you need to enjoy your event! We provide mattresses, decorative bedding and pillows, lights, rugs, and even add-on options like heating, A/C, balloons, outdoor movie night, picnic table setup, custom shirts/tumblers, party favors, spa night, Mani/Pedi kits, etc. We do also offer a blank tent option should you want to fill the tent with your own decor and items.
We have a variety of color schemes to choose from for your event, but if you want us to customize decor to your theme, we are able to source those for you too. Our tents are great additions to your holiday party for extra space for guests or even a book club event.
Our high-quality bell tents are waterproof in case of rain, but we do offer a beautiful indoor canopy or ceiling draping option should you choose to have your event inside.

FAQ GLAMPING
We have 3 basic setup options to choose from: slumber party, couples night, or party lounge. Each comes with twinkle lights, overhead lighting, lanterns, rugs, and a few decorative items, along with bedding and decorative pillows to suit your party. You can choose from our color offerings or we can custom order anything you’d like to add to your decor package. Our couples tent comes with a memory foam bed on a platform and our slumber mattresses are twin-air. Our lounge is filled with rugs, cushions and oversized pillows, and a small table.
Our rentals are for 24 hours and additional nights can be added for a discounted rate.
We try to do the installation in the morning and take it down around the same time the following day. We can work around your party times as much as possible, but our other installations factor into our routine. You are able to pay a fee to guarantee a specific time range if needed.
We will! We will work with you to build larger event options and create a custom quote based on your needs. Just let us know how many tents you need and how long you need to rent them. We can do Family reunions, weddings, and even a great option for out-of-town guests.
We can fit 8 campers comfortably in our bell tent for a slumber party, or add 2 air mattresses into our couples tent.
We do have forced air heaters available for rent in case you need something to take the chill off. During cold weather, we do recommend campers bring their own sleeping bag or extra blankets. Our tents have a bathtub bottom and are made of thick, high-quality canvas that is warmer than most and waterproof to prevent leaking. We watch the weather during the week prior to your event and if you feel rain or snow will be too bad to continue, we’ll allow you to reschedule for another date.
We absolutely can add party favors to your event: charcuterie boards, rose petals, macarons, candy charcuterie, Mani/Pedi kits, custom shirts or tumblers, PJs, and eye masks…anything you want to outsource we are happy to plan for you.
For slumber parties, we supply a blanket and pillows color choice from our stock. If you have a specific theme you are going for (TikTok, mermaid, harry potter) and want your tent decor to POP! with your theme, we will source and add to your quote. Don’t see your favorite color in our stock? We’ll order that for your party and add it to the total. We are happy to customize anything to suit, which includes party wear.
We provide a foldable movie screen and projector, which can be installed inside the tent or outside with our frame. If you’d like rugs and cushions for an outside event we can do that or even provide inflatable chairs.
We can add that too!
Our picnic table can be placed inside the tent if you choose to do a half lounge/half picnic or can be placed outside the tent on a rug. Our basic setup comes with lanterns and flower arrangements, as well as pillows and a rug to match your color scheme. If you would like us to include all table wear for your event, we can make that happen too!
We sanitize all decorative pillows post-use and most have removable covers that get washed. All bed linens are washed and sanitized with a free and clear detergent. Our tent is swept and vacuumed and the inside is sanitized with Norwex products.
